Myers Park

Waxhaw

Waxhaw has become one of the hottest family destinations in the Charlotte metro, and for good reason. This historic Union County town has maintained its small-town charm while attracting new neighborhoods with top-rated schools and affordable home prices.

Why This Neighborhood

Indian Land has experienced explosive growth over the past decade, and it has quickly become a favorite for families seeking affordable new construction homes in a fast-growing community with quick access to Charlotte.
